I recently received a certificate for 15 years of service at work. As I was looking at it, I thought about how someone looking at it in the future might think I had worked there for the last 15 years.

It seems appropriate to talk about cemeteries on Halloween. One of the reports I can do on my software is Burials. So I can see all the people who have a burial fact.

Theresa Kempker was was born on October 10, 1859 in Lee County, Iowa. She is Walt’s great grandmother.
George & Gertrude Boeding were twins born on October 3, 1910. They are Walt’s 2nd cousins once removed.
Lorraine Walton Mahaffey was born on September 26, 1923. She is the mother-in-law of Walt’s brother.
Paul Bartlett & Rosanna Vonderhaar were married on September 19, 1940 in Fort Madison, Iowa. Rosanna is Walt’s second cousin once removed.
Bernard Wellman and Teresa Merschman were married on September 12, 1916. Ben is Walt’s great uncle.
Catherine Holtkamp was born on September 5, 1907 in Lee County Iowa. She is related to Walt through the Kempkers.
Eda Lohman was born on August 29, 1879 in Lee County, Iowa. She is related to Walt through the Wellman side of the family.
