Clarence Loree Hoel was born August 8, 1908 in Celina, Ohio to William Henry Hoel and Martha Ann Fisher. Doris Olive Harden was born January 18, 1926 in Blairsburg, Iowa to William John Harden and Addie Olive Nicholson.
Clarence and Doris married on November 3, 1945 in New London Iowa.
Clarence worked as a mechanic and died February 26, 1979. Doris worked as a telephone operator and later as a cook. She died Novenber 24, 1995. They had three children.
Clarence was one of Walt’s uncles. We’ve talked about some of his brothers Orville and Bill in previous posts.
