Thomas Wellman and Adelia Bradley were married on July 25, 1964 in Fort Madison, Iowa. Thomas is Walt’s 1st cousin once removed.

Thomas John Wellman was born on September 6, 1942 to Aloysius and Anna Sporer Wellman. The family lived near West Point. Thomas was the third child born to the family. I wrote about Anna in this post. You can read a bit more about Al in this post.

Adelia Bradley was born on September 20 , 1946 to Paul and Ida Mae Stout Bradley in Decatur, Illinois. She was the only daughter of the 6 children they had. Paul was an auto mechanic.

Thomas married Adelia in Fort Madison on July 25, 1964. Thomas served in the army. He worked as a heavy equipment operator later. They lived in Griggsville and Clinton, Illinois. They may have lived in other locations as well. Thomas and Adelia Wellman had 3 children.

I didn’t find any pictures of them together, but did find this picture of Thomas.

Adelia died on July 18, 2005. Thomas dies on May 9, 2009. They are both buried in Quincy, Illinois.
